We will carefully listen to your ideas and using resources and expertise develop a home plan that is custom designed just for you. Our hands-on experience will guide you and make building your dream home the enjoyable experience it should be. We maintain working relationships with several skilled log home builders and contractors. We can also work with the builder of your choice. Throughout the process you will be continually updated and informed.

- Site evaluation
- Log selection and log construction detail review to match your scheme
- Log home industry financing information if desired
- Upon commitment with Hiawatha, we act as liasion with Hiawatha staff as your plan is drafted in a Hiawatha full CAD construction drawing set
- Builder/Contractor coordination
- Construction detail review and options; budget review as desired
- On-site supervision of log raising construction; other coordination as you desire
